Psalm 66:5

"Come and see the works of God, Who is awesome in His deeds toward the sons of men." (NASB)

STRONGS HEBREW/GREEK ORIGINS

"Come and see the works (miph`al: workings, things made) of God, Who is awesome (yare': terrible, be in fear of, stand in awe of, respect, reverance) in His deeds (`aliylah: actions, inventions, practices)
toward the sons of men."

SUMMARY

Come and see the things made by God's handiwork, Who is worthy of awe and respect in His actions towards us all.

MEDITATION

Recently I've spent many hours outside. Usually, whenever I do so, I always seem to find myself marvelling at the handiwork of God. The great expanse of the sky and the beauty of His Creation is truly breathtaking. His great work is also evident in His best work of all, you and I. We are the apple of His eye, the peak of His Creation, fashioned and formed in His very own likeness. Today, declare praises over the awesome works of the LORD. He has truly blessed us greatly.
