While we can spend our entire lives searching out the great vastness of God, the reality is, one cannot completely know the depths of One Who has no end. As we draw near to Him and, in return, He to us, we will grow more and more acquainted with His ways and attributes, but we’ll never know Him fully until we meet Him face to face. Today, seek intimacy with your Father. Get to know Him better today – be willing to move deeper into your knowledge of all that He is.

Cry out to Him today, we are all in great need of a healthy dose of Godly truth.

This little child was expecting what they had prayed for to come to pass, without question. It is things like this that cause me to think that I truly do need to have the faith of a child and expect my Father to do what I cannot even yet see. MEDITATION
I recently attended a large symphony concert with hundreds of musicians and choruses. Before the program starts, many are warming up their instruments and all is a mess, audibly speaking. Then the conductor comes onto the stage, takes his position and everything changes. The baton is raised, everyone comes to attention and beautiful music is created. I see the LORD in this example as it is exactly what He does as well. He is established as LORD of all and there is no disputing that He is in control. MEDITATION
I recently attended a large symphony concert with hundreds of musicians and choruses. Before the program starts, many are warming up their instruments and all is a mess, audibly speaking. Then the conductor comes onto the stage, takes his position and everything changes. The baton is raised, everyone comes to attention and beautiful music is created. I see the LORD in this example as it is exactly what He does as well. He is established as LORD of all and there is no disputing that He is in control. Today, I encourage you to attune your ears to the cries of wisdom. She is to be prized and is a gift from the LORD.

When even those who loved and respected him turned on him, David ran right to where his strength was found. Today, I encourage you, in whatever you are facing, strengthen yourself in the LORD. Reflect back on all that God has done on your behalf. Rejoice over the reality that He is in control and His ways are perfect. Rest in Him today. Strengthen yourself in the LORD!

If I hold on to last century’s, last year’s, last month’s, or even yesterdays move, I will be behind - I will be lacking. Today, see what new thing He is declaring now! “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer (hupernikao: be more than conqueror, to gain a surpassing victory) through (dia: by; the ground or reason by which something done) Him who loved (agapao: beloved, to welcome, to entertain, to be fond of, to love dearly) us.”
SUMMARY
But in all these things we have overwhelming, surpassing victory because of Him who loved us dearly.
MEDITATION
When you read this verse, do you feel like you walk in a such a manner? Do you understand that you're a conqueror when you walk through your daily experiences? I say it is time that those who have experienced Christ's great love begin to walk as the overcomer that they have been made to be. Talk to your LORD about it all - settle for nothing less than complete victory in every area of your life!

1 Peter 1:14
“As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance.” (NASB)

“As obedient (hupakoe: submission, an obedience shown in observing requirements) children, do not be conformed (suschematizo: fashioned according to; conform one's mind and character to another's pattern) to the former lusts (epithumia: craving, longing, desire for what is forbidden) which were yours in your ignorance (agnoia: lack of knowledge of divine things; moral blindness).”
SUMMARY
As obedient ones, do not be conformed to the patterns of your former cravings and lusts which were yours in your moral blindness.
MEDITATION
Moral blindness. What a short statement that sums up this generation – "secular" and "Christian". We, as Believers must no longer be conformed to the former things that had us bound. We had an excuse then, in a way – we were blind and ignorant. But that is not so now for those who have been biblically born from above. I am a new creation and, for the rest of my days, I quest to leave behind my old, flesh-driven ways that contradict Kingdom living. Today, assess what you’ve left behind and what you have not. What needs addressed and left at the side of the road that you journey down? Praise God! He has opened our eyes to see and has set us free!
